By downloading or using Atlas Budget (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

Atlas Budget is a tool that helps you record and organise your own budget and investment data. All figures are entered by you; the App does not connect to, or transact with, any bank or brokerage.

Not financial advice. Atlas Budget is an informational and organisational tool only. Nothing in the App — including prices, price history, portfolio values, returns, or dividend estimates — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

2. Market data

Prices, historical data, and dividend estimates are sourced from third parties (including Yahoo Finance and Morningstar) and are provided "as is". They may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and dividend dates and amounts are estimates. You must not rely on this data for trading or time-sensitive decisions. We are not responsible for any loss arising from its use.

3. Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App: no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its data, and no automated scraping of the market-data endpoints beyond normal personal use.

5. Availability

The App is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and market-data providers may restrict access outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or financial loss, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
